I'm Christy Carter. I've spent more than three decades sitting with people in some of their hardest, most complicated and important moments.

I've been a coach, mediator, facilitator, speaker and community builder for more than 30 years. I've worked with families in crisis, couples navigating divorce, individuals and organizations in transition, and people facing some of the most complex relational and life decisions imaginable.
I've also lived through my own profound losses and reinventions, from raising eight children, being a single parent for more than 20 years, to surviving the three dreaded D's (death, divorce, and disease). I've known what it is to be the strong one, the capable one, the one everyone depends on, and also what it means to feel completely lost.

I believe reconciliation is a practice - not a destination. It's how we return to what is true, repair what's fractured, and build a life that feels aligned, connected, and real.
It's not about being perfect.
It's about being willing to look honestly, listen deeply, and choose what's next, with clarity and support.
