What I have learned is that each life lesson we embrace has the potential for wisdom gained and life explored. Sometimes it’s learning to deal with the monotony of the day to day and other times it is learning to deal with a major life experience. 

I've navigated my way through both; from divorce, single parenting 7 active children, the death of a child, living on a wing and a prayer financially, and surviving advanced-stage breast cancer.

When facing my own mortality, I knew I had to turn fear into my friend. A friend that would hold me accountable for living life on my own terms and living with no regrets.  

This fuels my passion for not only living this way myself but for sharing and guiding others to do the same, and it has become my life's work. 

​My educational background is in Communications & Psychology, High Conflict Family Mediation, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Life Transitions Coaching, Master Rapid Eye Therapy Technician, Master Reiki Practitioner, and Intuitive Energy Healer.  Having such a beautiful combination of skills and experience allows me to tailor my support to uniquely meet my client’s personal and professional needs.

I have spent thousands of hours over the last 28 years helping hundreds of clients reconnect with who they are, and what they want, and how to take the wheel of their life again.
