The deep work begins. We'll unpack the beliefs that have shaped your identity—the "shoulds," the inherited expectations, the protective masks. Through guided reflection, group dialogue, and personal excavation, you'll identify the restrictions that keep you from being fully you. Saturday: Embodying Authentic Leadership
